When you schedule a Move Clean with A Boise Clean Pro, this is what you should expect:

• You can book online, but it’s a very good idea to have us do an on site first. Call or text today.

• You will receive an email notification 3 days prior to service and a text message one day prior

• Your trained and experienced team will arrive prepared to complete your cleaning on that day

• Arrival times vary from 8AM to 4PM - we aim to complete each day by 4:30pm

• Your crew will work hard and.....

• Leave your home sparkling clean

Other Things To Know:

• On Site Prior To Cleaning - We welcome you to book online or call so we can secure a spot for you.

  • Next, we highly recommend you allow us to preview the property prior to cleaning. An On Site does not take long and we can even do it without you. It helps us all be successful!

  • If we haven’t done an On Site, and we find the property to be heavily soiled, we reserve the right to add up to 50% to the price. Also, we may not be able to complete the cleaning that day and may need to return to finish.

• Soil Level - Is the property heavily soiled? While we understand this may be hard for you to determine, we will know within minutes. It’s imperative that we allow enough time for our team to complete the job, and that we set them and YOU up for success!

• Hot Water & Electricity - It’s critical that we have hot water and electricity available on the date of service. Without them, we may not be able to clean that day and you will be charged a fee.

• Things We Don’t Do - We do not move furniture (unit must be completely vacant), we do not throw out large amounts of debris or do “trash outs”. We do not move appliances. A Move Clean does not include carpet cleaning.
