The ONLY time your price will increase is 1 - we periodically review our pricing to ensure we are well priced within the market 2 - we arrive to find the rental to be unusally soiled (Please see our Terms And Safety).

• We use vetted tools and methods. We don’t jump on the next big thing. Everything we use has been tried and verified. All our chemicals have OSHA mandated SDS’s. We ALWAYS start with the least invasive tool/chemical and work our way up.

• Sanitation. Did you know a good microfiber cleaning cloth will remove 99% of bacteria and viruses? Cotton can only pick up 33%. We keep our cleaning cloths in good shape so they’re up to the task!

• We’re in it for the relationship. Entrusting us to clean your rental is a big deal - and we want to clean for you for years!
